Just to make it easier, I will use the personal pronoun "he" instead of "she" to refer the commitment phobic unless I specifically mention otherwise. It is because fear of commitment is more common among men than it is among women. But please remember, the signs apply to both sexes, men and women.
And please also keep this in mind: they're only signs, indications: the more of the signs found, the more probabilities that he is a commitment phobic. Don't take them as rules or laws or something like that. And here is the list.
Some men are very upfront when they talk about things related to commitment. They may say that they don't want to get married or that they will not let themselves settle with one woman.
